DELTA Power Equipment purchases 133,240 SF Facility in Wingo Corporate Park, Spartanburg, SC

Lyons Industrial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of a 133,240 SF industrial facility located at 2651 New Cut Rd. in Spartanburg, SC. The property was purchased by DELTA Power Equipment Corporation (DPEC) who will use the facility for their US Distribution Center.  DPEC designs, manufactures and distributes a variety of stationary woodworking tools for the professional and advanced woodworking markets. Bobby Lyons, CCIM with Lyons Industrial Properties represented the buyer.  The seller, 2651 New Cut LLC, a subsidiary of Reger Holdings LLC, a prominent industrial landlord in South Carolina with a portfolio comprising more than 30 properties and over 4,100,000 square feet, was represented by Chuck Salley, SIOR, Givens Stewart, SIOR, Garrett Scott and Brockton Hall all of Colliers International. Delta Power Equipment Corporation will be the newest addition to Wingo Corporate Park joining nearby companies such as Eberspächer, Knights Apparel, Contec, Exel Logistics, Master Gardner Company, Fuchs Lubricants, Phillips Feed & Pet Supply, and Amazon Distribution.  “Opening our own, company-owned U.S. headquarters shows our dedication and commitment to the woodworking machinery marketplace” said Kevin Chang, President of Delta. “Putting down roots and building our foundation here in Spartanburg will help us attract the best talent as we continue to grow the Delta business.”

Delta plans to have all operations in the new location in the second quarter of 2016.
