Lyons Industrial Leases 33,400 SF building to AWL-Techniek

Lyons Industrial Properties is pleased to announce that they have represented the owners of a 33,400 SF industrial facility in a 5 year lease to AWL Techniek (http://www.awl.nl) based in the Netherlands. AWL Techniek specializes in automated welding equipment for the automotive industry. The facility was the former Bico South location in Orchard Business Park at 4231 Orchard Park Boulevard, Spartanburg, SC.  Bobby Lyons, CCIM represented the owner in the lease transaction.
