After years of lingering on the market without any serious offers, Lyons Industrial Properties is pleased to announce that they have sold the 81,120 square foot manufacturing facility at auction to Colors for Plastics, Inc., a local plastics manufacturer. “The property had some deferred maintenance and roof issues to deal with, but the owners of Colors for Plastics saw an opportunity to put some money into a building that was well built and in an excellent location and, at the end of the day, own an excellent manufacturing facility for a fraction of market value.” says Bobby Lyons, CCIM and president of Lyons Industrial Properties.

McAlister Design Incorporated (MDI) Acquires 16,000 square feet facility in Greenville, SC.
McAlister Design Inc. closed on an acquisition in August that will become the new home to Greenville, SC based custom automated machinery and robotics company. Lyons Industrial Properties has represented the principles of MDI in the past and Adam Padgett was honored to be retained to assist in this new acquisition. The property is off of North Pleasantburg Road and I-385 near the Greenville Downtown Airport. MDI is making renovations to the facility and are planning to move in around mid-2012. |
