Koops, Inc., a machine automation co. coming to Greenville

Lyons Industrial Properties is pleased to announce they have leased the former 15,000 sq. ft. Signcrafters facility located at 17 Ad Asbury Road in Greenville to Koops, Inc.   Koops, Inc., a machine automation company, is new to the Greenville area and has chosen to locate their new business venture in the Upstate due to its geographically centralized position relative to a large portion of Koops’ Southeastern customer base. Koops, Inc. will be located at 17 A D Asbury Drive.  Bobby Lyons, CCIM of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the landlord and Kevin Bentley of Lee & Associates Greenville represented the tenant in this +/- 15,000 SF industrial lease.
