BLG Logistics Opens First Upstate SC Location
Bobby Lyons, CCIM, SIOR of Lyons Industrial Properties represented BLG Logistics, LLC in the lease of a 48,500-square-foot warehouse at 148 Southport Road in Spartanburg.
BLG Logistics is the U.S. subsidiary of Germany-based BLG Logistics Group which is an international third-party logistics company (3PL) that specializes in working with automotive suppliers. This is the 2nd facility BLG Logistics has leased in 2018, the other was at 4279 Crosspoint Drive in Ladson servicing Mercedes-Benz Vans manufacturing operation. The Spartanburg operation will initially provide 3PL services to Minghua USA, Inc. which manufactures automotive bumpers, spoilers and related parts. Minghua USA, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Jiangnan Mould & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. headquartered in China.
