Netherlands based AWL Techniek Spartanburg celebrates opening yesterday, Nov. 8th, 2018

Netherlands based AWL Techniek celebrated their new Spartanburg, SC location yesterday in a big way.  Along with the company and their leadership, the grand opening held yesterday, November 8th, was first class all the way.  Lyons Industrial Properties was very pleased to be a part of this project as the industrial brokerage team for the real estate transaction.  The new facility  is located at 4231 Orchard Park Blvd., Spartanburg, SC.

AWL is a systems integrator of state of the art automated high-tech machinery and is rapidly developing to meet the growing demands of its customers.  In 2013, the laser welding company entered China and at the end of 2016 to Mexico and now into the US market.  The US is an interesting market for the company because of the presence of its most important customers and the growing automotive industry.
