Lyons represents Roechling Automotive in leasing a 150,000 sq. ft. industrial facility located in Duncan, SC.

The building, located at 201 Commerce Ct. in Duncan, SC will be utilized as a support warehouse for their local automotive plastics manufacturing operation.

Bobby Lyons, CCIM, President of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the German company in the transaction. Trey Pennington, Ryan Koop, and Bob Barrineau with CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.

Headquatered in Mannheim, Germany, Roechling Global Plastics group encompasses 60 companies. Together, they employ 7,500 people in 20 countries around the world.

Suminoe Textiles of America renews their lease at 805 Victory Trail Rd. in Gaffney, SC.

The 208,000 Sq. Ft. facility serves as the STA 2 warehouse and production facility for the company. Bobby Lyons, CCIM and president of Lyons Industrial Properties represented Suminoe in the renewal.

Suminoe Textile of America (STA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Suminoe Textile Ltd. which originated in Osaka Japan over 125 years ago. STA began operations in April 2003 in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Gaffney SC. STA is a leading supplier of quality textile products for the North American automotive market.

Alliance Partners HSP LLC, a Philadelphia-based real estate investment firm purchases the 353,000 SF former American Fast Print facility.

This building located at 2071 Fryml Drive in Spartanburg, SC is the largest block of space to become available in Spartanburg County since Adidas moved into its new 1.1million-square-foot facility in 2010, vacating 512,000 square feet on N. Blackstock Rd.

Bobby Lyons, CCIM of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the owner in the transaction and took on the marketing and disposition of the property back in March 2013. It went under contract on December 27, 2013 and finally closed October 7, 2014.

The new owners plan a major redevelopment of the property to include class A upgrades such as new lighting, new roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, paving, and new loading dock doors and equipment in an effort to secure a new tenant (s) for the development.

Firestone Building Products leases 63,000 SF at the former Springs Industries facility on Groce Road in Lyman, SC.
